Our Team

Growing in Heath, Texas, James learned a lot about responsibility helping his family tend to their farm. His experiences playing football in college engrained in him the importance of good leadership and the value of teamwork. He got his start by landing a job with Electronic Custom Distributors, and through many years of hard work and dedication in the industry, found himself in a meeting with the president of Bell & McCoy Companies that led to his pioneering of the Integrated Solutions division. It is now his great pleasure to direct our team to new heights, develop our leaders, oversee specification sales, and guide the digital marketing department. His favorite project to date was a lighting design project in New Orleans, where he did the lighting design and worked to help retrofit all the lighting for a home that was originally built in the early 1800s. It was an incredible experience, getting to modernize and help preserve such a historic home.
