With a background in sales and IT, he brings a sharp, solutions-driven mindset to the job, always making sure no detail is overlooked. Since joining BMCIS, he has valued the company’s strong culture and the support for professional growth. Originally from Miami, Martin unwinds by hanging out with his cat, Minou, and curating the perfect playlist— Talking Heads, Steely Dan, and a bit of Waylon Jennings. Christmas is his favorite time of year, thanks to holiday parties and all the unexpected, hilarious gifts. When it comes to movies, Death Proof ranks high on his list—bold, unpredictable, and a little chaotic, much like the most interesting days in the industry.
