Our Team

Armed with a passion for aesthetics and engineering, our in-house lighting designer, Matt Lonardo, fell in love with lighting design while interning at Bell & McCoy during his last year of college. It is his job to layout and create strategic lighting placement for home building and renovation projects, as well as build the lighting control system to ensure a flawlessly integrated system. One of his most exciting projects was in Orlando, where he was able to add a creative lighting technique, making it appear as though there was no ceiling above these floating wooden panels the client had in their living room. Outside of the office, Matt loves spending time with his family and pets, reading, and playing video games. A lover of Halloween, he has been unofficially dubbed our ‘Halloween King,’ creating elaborate costumes every year that usually incorporate his dogs.
